A 3-year plan gives a business a clear vision of what metrics it should meet to fulfill the owner’s long-term objectives and mission. It can be simple, or very detailed. It should always include a description of the business, marketing plans, financial goals, and structure of management.

*What product or service do we provide and how can we bring it to our customers?

*How much money will we need to meet our goals?

*Who will carry out each part of the plan?
