Do you want to learn how to read and understand your financial statements to make better decisions and increase profits? Do you want to know what your income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement tell you about your business performance and health? Do you want to learn to use key financial ratios and benchmarks to measure and improve your results?

- The purpose and components of the three main financial statements: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
- How to use financial statements to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in your business
- The importance of setting financial goals and tracking your progress using budgets and forecasts
- How to use financial statements to communicate with stakeholders such as lenders, investors, suppliers, and customers
By the end of this class, you will better understand your financial statements and how to use them to make informed and strategic decisions for your business. You will also have access to templates, tools and resources to help you apply what you learn in your own business.
