Development of supply and sales agreements required negotiations with customer and vendor personnel from local contacts to corporate CEO’s.
He started his first business at the age of 24. This was followed by several years as Director of Logistics and Purchasing for an international manufacturing corporation. As Division Manager of a retail/wholesale organization, he was responsible for strategic and operational planning.
He worked as a consultant to companies in retail and manufacturing.
As General Manager of an import/export company, he had the opportunity to lead the acquisition and integration of several competitors and the sale of the combined companies. As General Manager of an agricultural products company, he
restored profitability and negotiated the company’s sale.
